I think this is where I turn my head in shame

yeppers, I've had this domain for a year now. I've also been meaning to have this linked to my shop and close down my other two blogs. Well... I still am not sure what I want to do here. I have a great idea linked to my blog titled "from shelly's belly" but I am attached to the name Oh snap dragon! For heaven's sake, I have business cards, tags, banner, and a shop over at etsy associated with this name! Will someone come down and smack me a good one so that I might be able to make a decision and then (here's a new one) act on it!

I'm improving my life in so many areas, now I think it's time that I do the same here.

I think I slept through November

So, I've been procrastinating life. Seriously. I have so much to do- set up my shop, finish developing my new products, sew some inventory, make business cards, transfer things to this new blog, make Jenee's christmas dress, and make christmas presents.

I found 2 things online that helped me figure out what I want to do. I found Currently Crafting via The Crafty Crow - she's making board books for her kiddos this christmas. Then I ordered a ton of books from Bare Books that I found via Soule Mama. I ordered board books and also some other books that I will be making for some of my shop items. You will understand when you see them!

Benji's latest thing is to copy his Ba-pa (grandpa) when he's working. He gets out a calculator, phone, paper and pen and talks on the phone while taking notes. Uses the calculator for both its original purpose an also as a laptop. It is soo adorable! One of these days my rechargable batteries will do as I say and I can use my camera!

So, for christmas I am going to make benji and going to work kit: briefcase, laptop, notebook, pen calculator, phone, phone case, and a headset. I'll make most of the items, but will probably pick up a headset and calculator at DI, and just find an old phone that's not in use anymore.

For Jenee' she just can't get enough of her little lambs, so I'm going to make her several softies, and probably get her a baby doll. Oh, I'm also going to make some shoes/slippers out of fleece and some mittens as well. She never keeps her shoes on, so I'm going to make some that she'll hopefully keep on. However I think I'll have to go find some leather for the bottoms so that she can walk in them. I was just hoping to use the stash I had. I wonder if there's a way to make them non-slippery with the things I have.

We are going to start potty training benji after christmas. I want to get him the potty scotty potty training kit. It comes with a doll, doll undies, 2 bottles (for the doll), a book, and 6 big boy undies. You are supposed to be able to do it in a day and then just do maintainance for a week or so. It sounds really awesome, I just have to cough up $60 for it. So, if any grandparents are out there reading this --- you could get this as a combo present, half for Benji and half for Nick and I. So it's like 3 presents in 1, really, if you think about it.

book coma

I finally caved and read the Twilight series - in 4 days. I was in a deep deep deep book coma. It was fabulous! The coma, I mean. The books were too, of course. I felt extremely guilty being in said coma because heaven knows (and so does everyone around me) that I have too too too much to do! Get my inventory going for the shop opening. Make a holiday dress for Nae-nae. Make more things for the kiddos and family. Think about Christmas. The list goes on, but the biggest is the shop inventory! Yikes!

Twilight was phenomenal. I was so caught up in the love story. Nick was mocking me because my cheeks were burning bright red as I was reading and sweating (I sweat when my emotions are running on high). Edward and Bella - oh! I read bad reviews about the 4th book, but I didn't care! I loved it! The ending was the ending I personally love (nothing bad happens). I was expecting someone important to die. I wanted a bit more at the very end end though. To be honest I was wanting a lot more romance romance. The sexual tension throughout the books nearly killed me, so I was so ecstatic when they were finally able to safely express their love (especially since they were married). I was happy that things worked out well with Jacob - I would've been irate if he truly butted in that romance. Who couldn't love Edward, seriously? I'm in love (don't tell my hubby). Sorry about the parenthesis abuse. They're just so helpful.

I'm in a state of depression now. My vampire world is gone. I re-read some of my favorite parts today so that the parting wouldn't be so hard. I've been dreaming and obsessing for the past week, I guess 4 days, so it's a total shock to not be reading anymore. I was sitting there thinking what I would do with myself now. Remember the list above, but I just don't feel like doing any of it today.

Oh Edward! Oh Bella! Oh Vampires! Why couldn't I be one, then I wouldn't have to stress about dying too!
